Clashes in Iraq Carry Worries of a New Civil War

According to the NYT, the group leading the new Sunni insurgency in Iraq is called the Men of the Army of the Naqshbandia Order or JRTN. They are said to be led by former Saddam Hussein loyalists and were on the payroll of the US!
